Experts

Upon request of arbitral tribunals, general courts etc., the Danish Institute of Arbitration proposes the name(s) of one or more expert(s) capable of giving an opinion on specific issues. The experts proposed by the Institute must be suitably qualified and must also be independent and impartial. The expert proposals can be related to all aspects of the commercial life and the Institute has, in particular, huge experience in appointing experts in cases related to information technology.
