Experts

Upon request of arbitral tribunals, general courts etc., the Danish Institute of Arbitration proposes the name(s) of one or more independent and impartial and suitably qualified expert(s) capable of giving an opinion on specific issues.

When the request is submitted to the Institute, a fee of EUR 400, or the equivalent in Danish Kroner (DKK), per expert must be paid to the Institute’s bank account. The fee will not be refunded in the event that the request is withdrawn.
